Thanks for visiting the site for Woodbridge Homeowners Association. Our neighborhood is in the city of Lakeland, TN a suburb of Memphis in northeast Shelby County.
Our Subdivision:
Woodbridge has common areas, such as the one pictured, with a nice walking trail leading to more recreation at Lakeland's International Harvester (IH) Managerial Park. Located in the park is a lake, amphitheater (host to several concerts and events throughout the year) and several miles of hiking trails.
WHY WE LOVE OUR NEIGHBORHOOD:
We love the Lakeland area for it's rolling hills, we are in Shelby County and the metropolitan area of Memphis, but close to the country as well. We have great schools and most of all great neighbors!
